Viognier tasting - using my notes

Dear Darby

I am planning a Viognier winetasting for a group of friends (we do this once every 8 weeks or so) and I would like to distribute your notes to them beforehand. As well as the url and date accessed reference do you have a copyright or date that I can put in the attribution?

Lex, I am a firm believer in fair use and copyright. The use you are proposing to make of my notes and lists, along with due acknowledgement would be fine. It is commercial use selling without permission or acknowledgement that that upsets me.

Maybe you'd like to post to Readers stories on Vinodiversity as to the wines your group enjoyed most.
