Vino in Italy, varietal orgs, wine books charts and maps
September 16, 2010
Hello

Vinodiversity News September-October 2010

During the rest of this month and most of October I will be touring around in Central and Southern Italy, with some serous food and wine research as well. During that time my internet access will be a little infrequent, so you must excuse me for slow replies. Italy is the land of slow food so you know what I mean.

You can follow our progress, and cheer on from the sidelines via the Italian Wine Blog. You can add your own page of advice or reply to others by adding a comment.

Varietal organisations

The establishment of Tempraneo, a group of Tempranillo makers in Australia prompted me to look for some more single varietal groups. I've built a page, and an invitation for you to contribute at Varietal wine organisations

Ordering Charts, Books and Maps

I have made arrangements for these to be mailed out in my absence. But due to my being offline there may a be a delay of up to a week or so before your order is processed. This only applies to things ordered directly from me rather than from my partners such as Secret vines or overseas purchasers of the varietal wine chart.

Don't forget you can see the what's new page of Vinodiversity contact me at darby@vinodiversity.com

Look out for the next newsletter with some stories, recipes, offers and gossip at the end of October.

Cheers,

Darby
