Vic licence fees, Spanish Wine Map
April 01, 2010
Hello

The latest Vinodiversity Newsletter is online now

I've been a little lax in getting a newsletter out over the past couple of months, but I have a couple of stories that I hope are of interest.

Stories in the April Newsletter

1. I have a small supply of Spanish Wine Regions maps for sale.

2. The Victorian Government has been busy responding to street violence outside Melbourne nightclubs by steeply increasing licence fees for wineries, community festivals and farmers markets hundreds of miles away. This misguided policy has effects

3. I am well advanced on writing a follow up to Emerging Varietal Wines of Australia which I published originally back in January 2006. I will offer pre-publication mates rates to subscribers of Vinodiversity News.

6. Melbourne's monthly Regional Wine Showcase for April 7 and 8 features Geelong wine region. I will be attending with my old faithful wine varietal table PLUS the new Spanish wine map. Drop by for a chat.

7. Melbourne Alternative Varieties Club will be holding a dinner in Carlton on Tue 13th April. Duncan Harris will be bringing over some of his wines from Harris Organic Wines in the Swan Valley. Details of the Alternative Wines club Here
