Wine Festival in Australia

I heard about a wine festival (not too fancy one) in Australia, where people have white clothes on and the wine is thrown all over the place - mostly on other people. The entrance ticket includes a cup for the wine and one can drink as much as they want.

Where is this event held and when?

I guess it is for young people and there is a lot of music and entertainment included.

Sounds like one for a younger demographic than mine. Not sure what you mean but there are many festivals in Australia where you can enjoy yourself in lots of ways.
