Vermentino and Sardines

A group of Australian Vermentino producers have teamed up with wine writer Max Allen for a few tasting events, in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.
A great idea but I hope it is just a start, Vermentino makes such wonderful wines and the climate in many Australian regions is ideal.
We could do with more initiatives like this where producers of a particular variety collaborate. Other initiatives are listed on this Vinodiversity page on varietal wine organisation
