Temperature to serve a Chambourcin

Darby Says: The quick answer is room temperature. But in summer that refers to an air conditioned room. If it's a hot day then cool the wine down, cool it don't chill it! Of course some wineries (in your area I think as well) make a rose style wine with chambourcin. In this case serve it at about 5 degrees, the same for any other rose.
