Please recommend a wine club

Denise asks about a wine club

My wine club has just been taken over by Woolworths, and I'm concerned that diversity of product will be lost. Hence I'd like to join a wine club that truly does benefit small Australian producers.

I live just outside of Darwin, Northern Territory. Can you point me in the right direction?

Denise there is one wine club that would certainly fill your bill if you are looking for friendly service and real diversity - and their wines are from small and Micro producers.

My good friend Tim Althus runs
Secret Vines
which has a very diverse range of wines. At the moment he has such goodies as Pinot Grigio, Sem/sSav Blanc, Tempranillo, Shiraz, Sangiovese Cabernet blend in his regular offers and if you dig a little deeper you'll find extra deals for things like Arneis, Nebbiolo, Fiano and Petit manseng.

The wines are sold in mixed six packs for tasting (or straight packs if you like). There is usually one for $99 for 6, another for $139 or $159 You don't have to make a regular commitment, but you'll find something interesting here every month.

Here's that link to Secret vines again.
