International Wine Competition Tempranillos al Mundo

The Spanish Federation of Enologists (FEAE) convokes the fourth edition of the International Itinerant Wine Competition "Tempranillos al Mundo". The contest will be held in Paris (France) from 3rd to 6th June 2008. Details of the competition

The innovative concept developed by Tempranillos al Mundo is its itinerant character taking place each year in a different country. The 2007 Edition was organised in Shanghai (China) and registered 415 entries from different tempranillo wine-growing regions of the world such as Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Australia, Brasil, Greece, France, United States...

In Paris, during two days, the wines will be tasted and judged in blind tasting sessions, by enologists, specialized wine journalists, sommeliers as well as restaurant owners, and significant importers, in a proportion of half French wine professionals and half Spanish and international experts (Argentina, Canada, France, Portugal...).
