Correction in Saperavi article

There is one mistake in an articla about Saperavi. Saperavi truely means 'dyer' but not in Russian. It is a Georgian word. 'peri' means a color and saperavi means something that gives a color.

Given Nick's address I will have to concede to his superior local knowledge. In fact as of today I know only two words of Georgian - peri meaning colour, and saperavi a grape variety.
