Chili con Carne with chocolate and Zinfandel

I'm thinking chili con carne made with chocolate and cummin in the sauce. I've made the chili a few times but haven't paired it with Zin/ Prim/Crl so will do this before recommending it to anyone else.
I'll be interested in how you pronounce the Croatian name. Any native speakers prepared to try a phonetic version for the pathetically monolingual amongst us?
