Best riesling - my thoughts and yours

What do you think is the best riesling? I have always said that Rieslings are the best varietal wines available, red or white.

BUT I built this site about alternative varietals, and Riesling doesn't fit the definition.

I drink more Riesling wine than any other variety so I thought I'd break my own rules and branch out a bit.
